Clear Takes Home Two 2025 Santa Barbara Construction Awards

On February 7, we were honored to join the county’s finest builders during the 2025 Santa Barbara Contractor’s Association Construction Awards. With a sold-out crowd of 200 attendees, the event recognized the outstanding achievements of contractors and subcontractors who continue to elevate the local construction industry.

The awards celebrated creativity, technical excellence, and commitment to advancing the field, and we’re thrilled to share that Clear Construction took home the award for New Residential (Up to $1.5M) for our Refined Ranch House ADU project. Clear Millwork was awarded Outstanding Craftsmanship - Finish Trades title for an expertly designed custom barrel-vaulted ceiling.
