According to a report by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, contractors’ top concern is labor: 88% of construction companies are having difficulty hiring skilled workers. As a result, these companies are experiencing real-world setbacks: 56% reported a challenge in meeting project schedule requirements, and 68% are asking skilled workers to do more work.
