Bailey Hochhalter
Our founder, Bailey Hochhalter, is a Ventura local who fell in love with woodworking at a young age. As the son of an accomplished builder, Bailey was instilled with a strong work ethic and often tasked with fine carpentry projects after school. He developed masterful carpentry skills and continued to work alongside his father before beginning college at UCSB.
After completing a degree in business economics, Bailey returned to his roots in the trades as a framer. He quickly progressed to furniture and cabinet maker, finish carpentry foreman, general foreman and project manager, business partner, and now owner and operator of Clear Construction. Throughout his career, Bailey has honed his eye for design and architecture, providing a distinguished edge as a general contractor.
His background in economics paired with his practical experience and trades expertise enables him to blend progressive business strategies with straightforward and excellent workmanship. His empathy, sensitivity, and genuine care for clients sets him apart and contributes to his success.
