Upper Riviera
An extensive renovation of this Spanish estate gave a modern refresh to the home’s kitchen, dining room, living rooms and primary suite. Original walls were preserved, while each room was reworked to maximize its function. Dark wooden beams and a refined iron stairwell bannister add character and contrast creating a welcoming foyer. The kitchen was overhauled with all premium appliances, custom cabinets, quartzite counters and a functional island. Three rooms were enhanced with custom designed plaster fireplaces. The property’s exterior doors and windows were rebuilt and the entire exterior of the home was repainted.
