Project Highlight | Arroyo Burro
Every Santa Barbara neighborhood has a distinct charm, offering a unique experience and sense of community. Nestled between Hendry’s Beach and the Mesa, Arroyo Burro provides a relaxed coastal lifestyle with a touch of luxury. We had the pleasure of working on a beautiful residence in this quiet corner of Santa Barbara. Our team collaborated with the client on this comprehensive renovation to bring a contemporary vision to life.
The Transformation
Led by site superintendent Aaron Morales, the crew stripped the living spaces down to the studs, corrected existing structural weaknesses, and vaulted the ceiling for a striking interior transformation. After replacing the south-facing doors and windows, they installed custom cabinets throughout the home. Modern lines and an open concept create a kitchen that is inviting, practical, and sleek.
This project included a kitchen renovation, new roof, and additional primary bedroom & bath. Vaulting the ceiling to the ridge was a rewarding task that truly transformed the space. Our team worked together well, collaborating as a crew to ensure everything was in-line with our client's requests and concerns. It was a pleasure to see this project come to life.

A Custom Haven
Framed by large windows and flooded with natural light, the primary bedroom and bath provide a serene sanctuary. Our team integrated a specially made red vanity and a large bathtub, combining minimalism with pops of color in the powder room. The owner had a distinct aesthetic in mind, balancing clean white tiles and eclectic wrought iron detailing.
Working with Clear was one of the best construction experiences I've ever had. Their team was pleasant and highly collaborative throughout the design process, ensuring each element aligned with my vision. The construction in our kitchen and primary bath is particularly spectacular; they designed spaces we can enjoy for a lifetime. I'm in love with every part of the bathroom - it's my new happy place! Clear brought the concept together beautifully, integrating all the pieces that were most important to me. Overall, we're super happy with how everything came together and looking forward to many years in this home.
