New Design Studio On Garden Street

We’ve opened a spacious creative studio on Garden Street in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. The office was transformed into an open-concept, co-working hub for our architectural design and project management teams. Complete with standing desks, conferencing areas, a kitchenette, and custom cabinetry, the studio enables teamwork at all levels and constant collaboration through the many phases of a project. 

As a design-build company, Clear Construction emphasizes the invaluable advantage of thoughtful, personalized collaboration. Our design team establishes the foundation for a successful project with custom drawings and renderings tailored to our clients' needs; the new studio allows clients to work closely with us during pre-construction and interior design.

Expanded Workshop in Ventura

Clear Construction recently expanded the cabinet shop in Ventura - where each piece of cabinetry is carefully designed, fabricated, and finished before installation. Doubling capacity and providing new equipment, the 4,200 sqft workspace allows us to refine our process and craft.
