Montecito
The Montecito Farmhouse renovation featured a complete redesign of the spacious kitchen, dining area and adjacent wet room. The kitchen was reoriented to include an oversized island and tie in the fireplace as a focal point. The project included a complete demolition that was sealed off from the rest of the house to be as minimally invasive to the homeowner as possible. The kitchen was outfitted with refinished structural beams and windows, new plaster walls and hardwood floors. Final details included premium custom cabinetry built by our master carpenters, luxe stone countertops and the vintage fireplace was refinished handmade French tiles.
