Bailey Hochhalter fell in love with woodworking at a young age. As the son of an accomplished builder, he was instilled with a strong work ethic and developed masterful carpentry skills. Bailey has honed his eye for design and architecture, providing a distinguished edge as a general contractor. His degree in economics paired with his practical experience and trades expertise enables him to blend progressive business strategies with straightforward and excellent workmanship.
Quinn joined Clear Construction with her PHRca certification in 2019. Previously working for a high-end interior design company, she has over 14 years of accounting, operation, and HR experience. Quinn loves helping grow our business and feels fortunate to work alongside people who are passionate about what they do.
Steve started his career working as an apprentice carpenter and now with more than 42 years in the construction industry, he's an experienced estimator. In 1979, Steve joined the Carpenter’s Union and worked as a journeyman until 1985 when he transitioned to general contracting. Within those years, he developed strong skills as an estimator and in project management. Outside of work, his favorite hobbies are woodworking and being a grandfather.
Mike traversed a career change after 20 years in information technology to pursue his passion in construction as a superintendent for a residential construction company. He loves that the building process continually presents him with problem-solving opportunities, and believes there's no better feeling than completing a stunning project.
After attending UCSB for Global and International Studies, Noah moved to San Francisco and worked in high-end cabinetry. Upon returning to Santa Barbara, he became Clear Construction’s Cabinetry Design Manager in 2019. Noah takes pride in providing clients with uniquely designed spaces that fit their specific needs. He spends his free time with his family, dreaming about personal home renovation projects and planning their next adventure abroad.
Hector started woodworking as a child in his grandfather's workshop, building toys to give to other kids in need. At 20 years old, he began his professional career in cabinetry and has since gained over 17 years of experience in the industry. Hector takes pride in creating beautiful pieces of furniture and loves seeing client's reactions to the final product.
Greg earned a degree in Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has since worked in architecture and project management for 14 years. With extensive experience in residential and commercial projects, Greg loves creating functional solutions suited to a client’s unique lifestyle. Outside of work, Greg loves to explore various cultural cuisines.
Lauren's fascination with the world of design and all things creative started at an early age, driving her to pursue a career in interior design. Over the years, she has worked at Santa Barbara-based design firms focusing on high-end residential and commercial retail spaces. Outside of work, she is chasing around her daughter, working on her humble 1920’s Spanish house, and scouring vintage shops for the perfect pieces that add character and charm to any home.
A Santa Barbara local who has worked in the construction industry for ten years, Aaron is passionate about the building process. He finds joy in fixing up old homes through stunning transformations and takes pride in working alongside contractors that share a common goal of providing excellent service to the projects he manages.
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Jamison has worked in the construction industry for over 18 years, specializing in Montecito estate remodels and restorations. He is highly skilled in managing the construction process - from the early stages of planning through delivering the finished product. Jamison spends his free time enjoying the outdoors, going on family camping trips, and perfecting his woodworking projects.
After high school, Pedro first stepped into the world of construction when he began an apprenticeship in a woodworking shop. Since then he has accumulated over 12 years of experience in finish carpentry and 10 years of experience as a superintendent. Throughout his career, Pedro has loved the opportunity to meet and collaborate with people from different backgrounds. In his free time, Pedro builds furniture and enjoys traveling with his family.
